Worst service I have ever received. Order 25 t-shirts in orchid in multiple sizes with my business logo printed on it. The order came late and the t-shirts were all in 4 different colours. Complained explaining the issue with a picture of the different coloured shirts. Both the customer service representatives Georgina and Emily were polite but would not listen to my issues demanding I photograph every shirt individually in daylight and I tell them the amount of t-shirts in my order instead of looking it up themselves. Refused to call me to resolve this issue and have now stopped replying to my worried emails. They have taken hundreds of pounds of my money from a brand new start up business and have sent me a bunch of faulty items I can't sell and cannot return or get refunded. Literally the worst and most distressing service I have ever received.
I'd highly discourage people from shopping at this online store. When I placed the order, I did not see any information about potential delays. Online tracker said that the goods will be posted to me the following day. I waited a few days and reached out to them as there was no update on the tracker. I was told their waiting for garments. I explained that I need to get it by a specific date which was still a while away but they could not guarantee it. The next day it still said that they are waiting for garments. I asked for a refund but my request did not get addressed. (Note, the phone number provided only puts you in touch with automated robots and you can't actually talk to a person). I started sending multiple emails and only then they agreed to issue a refund. At one point I even wondered if this is a legitimate company because the way it was handled seemed really dodgy. I am still waiting for a refund.
Should not be this difficult - if there are delays, customers should be notified in advance and not have to chase.

I get a little confused at times a bit like having to put the reading glasses on to read the small print ....I got my design all back to front and myself in a muddle ..Staff were wonderfulpatient and understanding..Eventually the end result is OUTSTANDING ..Great quality colour print and light breathable cotton t shirts ideal for all year round....Quick delivery means customer satisfaction..
Absolute rubbish. Ordered two male and two female, all navy, each sex the same size. Two men’s were fine, but only got one women’s and a random men’s (unisex?) in black. They couldn’t send a correct replacement without me creating a new order. The replacement was then 3 days late for the event. AND STILL WRONG!! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No phone contact available, only email and only office hours. Waste of time and money.
Tshirt to wear in the ring
Made my tshirt to wear in the wrestling ring. Colours look good. Slight delay in the order but great communication and they honoured their policy and gave me a voucher because it was late. Still came in the same working week. Can't decide what to order next probably something else for my wrestling career.
Just wanted to say really pleased with the product and service. Ordered two items last Thursday and received by Saturday lunchtime. Quality looks really nice and I like your promises on work ethics and guarantees. Will recommend.
BEYOND AWFUL. this company falsely advertises same day dispatch guarantee which is a complete lie. They also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee which is also a complete lie. terrible customer service. I would never ever recommend this company ever. stay away
I’m very happy with my order but one T-shirt was folded before the print had dried so theirs a bit of white on the print. I’m not to bothered tbh as there pretty cheap and il use that one for the gym. I will use them again.
Excellent service, fast delivery, product was great - printed just where I asked on the garment, high quality t-shirt and fitted really well. Def be using them again!

I wish I had discovered Streetshirts years ago. Best for quality of garments quality of printing prompt service and attention to detail. Oh and customer service too - timely and effective support when it's needed. Refreshing! Congratulations!
1. the colours are completely different, absent, or faded
2. the t-shirt's quality is just horrible to skin, very scratchy and unpleasant, you won't wear this
3. the customer service is useless
4. they make you return at your own cost
5. AVOID USING THEM
